A psychotic patient refusing treatment---> We should treat or we should detain?

Detain if he's going to harm himself or someone else (psychotic/depressed) but if not u can't keep him against his /her will.

What do u mean by imp. thing to remember in Psychiatric patients? raised eyebrow

They are so many kinds of patients......Explain ur q first plz

Important RULES to follow in a psychiatric patient like--

Wat to do when a violent psychiatric patient refuses treatment after detaining?

When to go to court in these situations?

A psychotic patient exhibiting hallucinations like---"I have power of GOD to heal others and so I don't want any treatment"---Wat to do in this patient? If he is not violent enough to cause harm shall we leave him WITHOUT drugs?
