h/o crohn's disease in past which is refratory to the steroid azithroprine and 6 mercaptouria ..... first year residency doctor put him on infliximab without checking PPD induration ........after 3 weeks patient developed cough, night sweat , and weight loss.......lab work and x-ray conformed the diasease reactivation of TB....... now what is the next...... a. discontinue the infiximab b. discontinue the infiximab and start anti-TB drugs c. continue the infiximab and start anti-TB drugs d. replace the infiximab to steroid and continue the TB drugs have no Conclusive answer to this questions. Hope to come to a conclusion after discussion with all of u.

c. continue the infiximab and start anti-TB drugs inflixumab isn't an immunosuppresant in a classic definition, whereas azithroprine and 6 mercaptourin are...
