Sending a personalized email to each PC/PD is a waste of your time. Trust me - I read the email, send a generic reply and delete. Send the email to YOURSELF, then BCC all the programs - so that all the programs don't know what other programs you are interested in.

Thank you for your responses! I think I will write a nice generic email, and send it out in groups of 5 (BCC) this way the system wont reject them. I sent about 20 "personalized" emails last night, just changing the salutation and it took me a good amount of time, because I was looking for information, writting down a list, etc etc. This will definitely save me some time! Thank you!
