answer is Glucokinase.
glucokinase properties include;
1)distributed in liver and beta cells, 2) has a high Km and Vm and 3)is not inhibited by G-6 phosphate.glucokinase differ from hexokinase in that it works when there is high glucose concentration.
On a plot of glucose concentration vs relative reaction velocity it yield a straigHt line.
