Original Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE)
in supporting documents it says we have to send MSPE...is it our dean letter???

Yes, MSPE is technically the same as Dean's letter

I collect both of them

My school does not give MSPE. I did myself then give to them to check (lots of time -2 months) then they verified.

Dean letter is one page only, but MSPE 3-4 pages.
