rupture or torsion ?

I am not sure, but will go with ruptured ovarian cyst

I think it is Endometriosis.
Her last menses is 3 days ago, that's mean she is probably bleeding and also the endometriosis that could be present on right ovarie or fallopian tube.
USG didn't find any mass, just free fluid.

For torsion, the mass would still be palpated, not tenderness
For endometriosis - no sufficient data, and no gobble stone appearance of the cul-de-sac on pelvic exam... In addition, pain would resolve with the beginning of the period.

Yes.
I agree that the mass should be there if it is the torsion. The torsion also can't explain the free fluid

D , previously palpated TO mass, now c/o severe pain, and free fluid in the POD, sounds like a rupture.

Small amount of free fluid is reaction fluid
