45. D Stress incontinence.
Occurs in small spurts, coughing, sneezing, (so i guess running too)...
its due to increased intraabdominal pressure increasing.
It's the most common form of urinary incontinence, and is common in multiparous women

46. C Overflow incontinence or Hypotonic bladder aka Neurogenic Bladder.
She had an epidural.
-involuntary urine loss in small amounts, but bladder never empties, and the residual volume can be increased.

In hypotoic bladder, there is a hypotonic detrussor, but is this different from "detrussor instability?"

Can anyone explain "Detrussor Instability"
what happens in this case? what causes it and how does it present?
thanks.
