45. D Stress incontinence. Occurs in small spurts, coughing, sneezing, (so i guess running too)... its due to increased intraabdominal pressure increasing. It's the most common form of urinary incontinence, and is common in multiparous women 46. C Overflow incontinence or Hypotonic bladder aka Neurogenic Bladder. She had an epidural. -involuntary urine loss in small amounts, but bladder never empties, and the residual volume can be increased.

In hypotoic bladder, there is a hypotonic detrussor, but is this different from "detrussor instability?" Can anyone explain "Detrussor Instability" what happens in this case? what causes it and how does it present? thanks.
