[left]pregnancy is one of the causes of dilated cardiomyopathy which i think is the case here..[/left] [left]& since the lungs r clear so it has to be on the right side & so ill go with Tricusped regurge, but im not sure[/left]

D (opening snap and diastolic murmur accentuating before systole) (the only other option could have been AR, with S3, decrescendo diastolic murmur, possibly systolic and austin flint murmurs, (and narrow pulse pessure in acute form, wide pp in chronic form).

I think i was sleeping when i solved that one..i can't believe i missed MS murmur, anyway better here than there.lol
