Yes I guessed C also...
but I was wondering:
C. compression of the airway? Or because no cow milk before 1y/o (A)?

usually all milk formula is based on cow milk. , also if the infant has some kind of allergy or intolelance, they have options of other kind of formula such as soya milk, or Protein hydrolysate formula.
Remember WHole milk is contraindicated less than 1 yrs old.

Yes, I thought it was vascular ring more than milk allergy as well since extension provided some relief.
Whole milk shouldn't be given to infants less than 1 year old so that was a distractor.

I just ruled out all other ansers because it says that is looks happy and well nourished. In case of allergy the kid will be underweight, so in other cases should look sick also.

vascular ring yes, another clue is that the symptoms have been there since birth making all other possibilities unlikely
