This is eczema herpeticum-clusters of umbilicated vesiculopustules in areas where the skin has been affected by a preexistent dermatitis

thought it was like this but i never saw how the rash looks so i decided to see it on the int, it didn look anything like the description in the qs..?

I picked A as well but I'm not 100% sure... the others don't sound right.

The answer is eczema herpeticum. All other choices can be conviniently eliminated due to absence of typical presentation. Also, remeber that eczema herpeticum is closely associated with atopic dermatits.

Agree, I was looking for Atopic dermatitis, but that wasn't an answer.
