HCt is low so we can rule out A, B,D (A, B, D will not cause low Hct)

Only C and E

In surgery blood loss is estimated so that it is compensated. Estimation may be incorrect and therefore Hct may be low but cannot be so bad that patients deteriorate (unless doctors are drunk and underestimate blood loss significantly).

In addition, this patient has abdominal distention so C is the best I think.

The abdomen is distended and tender and the Htc is LOW. A. Epidural related hypotension wouldn't be responsible for these effects.

Answer has to be C. Post Op Intraabdominal Hemorrhage.
