The velocity (v) of an enzyme-catalyzed reaction.
A) decreases as the substrate concentration increases
B) is lowest when the enzyme is saturated with subtrate
C )is relatedto the substrate concentration at 1/2 Vmax
D) is independent of the pH of the solution

C- is related to the substrate concentration at 1/2 Vmax

i agree with columbia

yes you got it grin but some one can explein it to me because I realy dont know about this verry much

  #5

you just have to remember the formula .

  #6

thanks  you are a genius

Choice c which is the definition of Km give you a way to quantify enzyme kinetics
*It s a measure of the affinity of an enzyme for its substrate.
*Its a intrinsic property of the enzyme/substrate system and is not
altered by changing [S] or E.
