Can anybody give few distinguishing features of reiter's and rheumatoid arthritis ?

Reiter Syndrome:

=classic triad of arthritis, nongonococcal urethritis, and conjunctivitis
= reactive arthritis
=triggered by an infection by bacteria that enters via mucosal surfaces. It is associated with human leukocyte antigen (HLA)–B27 (STDs such as chlymidia, also shigella, camphylobacter, yersenia.
= Sero negative ; No RF factor
=usu. in knee and ankles
=age of onset into 20s-30s

Rheumatoid Arthritis: we all know this one

=HLA DR4, DR1
=age onset 20-50
= + RF
=females>males
=keywords: morning stiffness, pannus formation, swan neck, boutonniere, baker cysts, etc.
