Bowel sounds are present. An abdominal CT scan shows a 20 cm retroperitoneal soft tissue mass obscuring the left psoas muscle. A stool specimen tested for occult blood is negative. Which of the following neoplasms is this man most likely to have?

how do you say its a liposarcoma?

pancreatic adenocarcinoma has a higher incidence than liposarcoma and it can present as the findings told above... :$

nod
Adenocarcinomas do not arise in soft tissues. Sarcomas arise in soft tissues
Sarcomas are big and bad. Retroperitoneum is a typical location.
