11. B or D??? Diagnosis?
12. B -Dx: Diverticulosis? Don't do Barrium for diverticulosis/itis?
13. A? -because the murmur sounds like Aortic Insuf. diastolic, etc...
But what is the diagnosis here? Marfans? -usually assoc. w/ mitral valve prolapse.

Arthrocentesis

CT Scan ( if Abs was there, then it should have been first)

Aortic incomp (Marfan)marfan also causes AR, but ofcouse MVP is more comman

AR in marfan is due to recurrent hyper-dilatation of aorta in systole & so elastic fibres by time don't recoil as they should--->AR

but for qs 1--isnt it shud be A--as first address fever and pain and then arthrocentesis??
