i think the answer is C- quadriceps strenghtening exercise.
reason being she seems to have some sort of connective tissue disorder that has resulted in ligament laxity, given the finding of hyperextension of the elbows.
meniscal tears have a charecteristic history of the knee locking and catching and click on extension.
couldnt be anterior cruciate ligaments damage cos no mention of the drawer testalso for both of the above they would give a history of trauma.
the pt definitely doesnt need total knee replacement.
sympathetic blockade also doesnt fit in, that is usually for causalgias.
upper tibial osteotomy? well i dont know what that is done for ? is that for oshgood when cylinder casts done help. but this pt doesnt seem to have a tibial problem.
so i guess it is C
