Hey colleagues,
does anybody know how/where to see that the document was scanned??? My understanding is that OASIS ERAS support site must have something somewhere, but I am not sure...
So, the Q is to those who applying for match once again...

OK, update
Instead of calling ECFMG, I checked the status with AAMC, and they verified that the letters they receive they already scanned, and more over, they got 3 LORs so far whereas ECFMG-OASIS-ERAS support service lists only two...
Relieved...

i need to know my documents are scaned or not?could u plz explain me how i can check the status of my documents?

Overrule...
Nothing easier than that... Call ECFMG ppl but ask from the beginning to transfer your call to ADTS, and then provide your ECFMG/AAMC IDs... And ask if they got your docs, and if they did, wht is the status of the docs... It works...

How long did they take to scan your documents? when did u send them?
also kindly list wht all documents u sent them?

They scanned my stuff within 2 weeks
At that time I sent simultaneously 3 LORs (and still sending others as I am not going to send my appls starting on Sept 1), my transcript and the Dean's letter.

Do ECFMG list the LORs that they have sacnned in the OASIS? When I called them they told me that have already scanned the 6 LOrs that I sent them...but none is listed in the OASIS, only that they recieved my application packet...
