Hey guys,

I wanted to ask if you sent any docs to ECFMG, and what is their status... When I am logging into my ECFMG account I can see they show that received only some of those i sent, and one of the LORs has my last name as a name of the LOR writer... On a right side of the page, in the column "comments" there is no comments... I was trying to clarify that over a phone but they say that until the LORs are scanned they cannot verify it and change anything...

Any ideas or similarities?

Is it so early?

They said it takes 4 weeks to upload your docs.

Well, I have no problems with their schedule... My problem is that the registry record for one of the LORs does not match the name of the writer... as I said, it bears my name instead... I know that because another letter has appropriate identification registry name matching the name of the writer... I am worried if this may cause any confusion later, when I am to assign the LORs to programs/specialties...

They take 4 weeks to scan it... but they'll post on Oasis' ERAS support website about 5 days after they receive it. (so that you know they received it)

Exactly... I knw that they received it, but nothing beyond that...
Doc, do you know if the post that they received the LOR only after they verify the authenticity, etc, or this is done afterwards? I am very frustrated about that one of my LORs...
