If I did some observership in the hospital or private clinic, how can I probe I did that. Can I just mentioned it in my PS and/or CV? Or Should get a LOR from the MD I worked with? Or More authorative evidence should be presented. Thanks to give any input.

please give some input, this is important. Should I put the observership in my CV or mentioned in my pS? of course, I would like people writing LOR to mention it in the letter. But problem is that not every Dr during the observership wouls like to write a very strong letter for you.

Put in your CV. And of course get excellent letters of recommendation from physicians there. No other evidence is needed.
