transcripts are the eight papers which u get from the college .
for deans letter,u have to find out who is the dean these days,it coud be principle of DMC,SMC or KMDC.ask him and get a letter its a one page Lor type of thing with the heading of DEANS LETTER.

yes, someone told me that current Dean is Dr. Sadia Karim of Karachi University. I dont know how can I reach her as I'm out of Pakistan.

Go to DMC Office and ask them about Deans letter,they will help to make it one.
