zaki got it right. congrats to others who got it right too. sinus tachycardia is charecterised by HR MORE THAN 100 and is commonly observed in withdrawl of beta blockers, fever, pain and anxiety. it is not seen in hypertension. infact it is seen during hypotension. remember the raised intracranial tension? it is associated with hypertension, and bradycardia!
