Hmm, Zen slighly worried  ..NO, banish that thought . I think that you are staying away for maximum focus. This site as wonderful as it is, it can be so time consuming . Anyway, I'm sending some happy thoughts your way..Take care

I think Target had geared up for her exam and stays away from the internet, where lots of precious time could be wasted . Good luck my dear with the exam !

Hi everybody
Nice to be back! I like all your assumptions of what "I" have been upto........and wish it was true! There are more visitors here now that I am not around  Did my absence provoke the silent visitors??
Anyway here's the deal:
I got so tensed that I couldnt study ......I literally couldn't .....so I had to unwind......so chilled hoping to get back on track ........ losing 3-4 days during the last days can be very demoralizing....
Added to this first day of school......new teacher.....new routine...dropping bring back...etc etc.....the stress of having to go back to work and boss is waiting.......and I had so little time left..
so just cancelled the exam after I extended my eligibility period......the sigh of relief from every cell of my body......I could take my books back again.........so here I am back inthe game.........
TOOK NBME 5- 400 ( star for anat & embryo (my favorite), GI, renal ) and above average in all......except biochem ( I did not revise the cycles - did it in feb) and beh science ( I had not completed my 1st read!) So good predictor in my estimate Though I am not happy with my score I cant complain with one read!
I took NMBE 2 offline and scored - 40-35-39-35 which translated to I think 206 in 3 digit score.again guessed on all biochem questions.........
Bottom line I have a lot of room for improvement.......I am glad I am done with my 1st read of all subjects ....and scoring about 60 % on Uworld.........MORE HARD WORK.........MORE TIME INVESTED>>>>>>>>>AGAIN AT MY BEST>>>>>>>>>>>should be there soon!

Sorry to hear you have delayed your test.
My exam is on 27 Aug
I thought most people were going to sit on this day, so I thought I would join in.
Actually it is only day available to sit at that center.
Three reads of KP should get you a very good score
I am done.
My UW score was 53% done too early and in 10 days.
FA packs a power punch, I think I like the earlier addition with
pharm all together rather than in organ systems.
I have loose leaf, ring binder my FA so I can add pages and its about 800pgs.

Good to have you back, Target... Please, do not procrastinate too much, no matter what the reasons are, you need to have a fixed goal and some serious deadlines,OK? We missed you...

sighhhhhhhhh ........ Finally , am so glad & so relieve to see u back , was looking around u kn where all on , off line , evry corner of rm, underthe table  , also asking around any one see you or know , where , what , how you are doing u know who I bug to ask re where u r, u r disappear suddenly while studying so well, late  , almost will call you this wk end , anyhow , exm or not glad u r ok , that is good .
So keep up ur hard work, don't loose it after 1st raed most important is do 2nd raed asap without long gap

Good morning all on this beautiful saturday!
Thank u all so much for missing me and searching for me(even under table!). pipi thank God my health is fine except for abdominal cramps occasionallly which can be nagging! Yeah I forgot all about my Pulmonary embolism God told me he broke up the emboli just because he has a purpose for me to fulfill in this life..........and I believe USMLE is a stop enroute........to my goals!
Gray thanks for the tips. Good luck....prayers your way. Zen, Karime, studie, simon where are you? Tia, pipi,jhmd, shwe, arlete (my guru) , pursuit........thanks for the concern. I love you all.....I always wondered if something ever did happen on the way back from work......nobody would ever know....except my son waiting for me. Alone in a foreign land.........can be something you know.........but it is part of my purpose in life..........I will struggle, kick, swim like Phelps.......like the fish my son caught are still swimming away like crazy..........when I feed them everyday ((Iwonder if I feed them enough to givem them sufficient ATP for all their crazy swimming)........all the gold medalists in gymnastics.........said one thing " I really didnt care about the score......I went to the arena and did my best"
AT OUR BEST...........4 hr reports (BACK again!)........AMAP......Prayers......C'mon lets swim like crazy!
