Yup you summed it up in 1 line  , the polarity chnges to opposite.
Lead II = III
aVR=aVL
RAD
regression of r from V1 to V6, V1 being the tallest.
(PS: if leads are tied in wrong limbs, in a normal individual, then
also you may get such findings.)
