so as the lead V5 V 6 for lateral wall, if u don't know that consult any ekg book :lol:

Hi zaki,
the lateral wall MIs can be subclassified into anterolateral, posterolateral, high lateral.
The anterolateral will show the findings in V5 and V6 in addition to I and AVL. The high lateral typically shows only in I and AVL.
