long Q: Do you feel that you strain to go the bathroom and very little feces or none at all come out?
Short Q: Have you had a sensation of incomplete evacuation and pain?
Do you think that the last one still ask for tenesmus?
Urgency
Long Q: Did you feel that you have very little time to make to the bathroom once you need to have a bowel movement?
Short Q:Any urgency to go the bathroom?
I think that the last one is too short.
