I liked it a lot. Esp Neuro. It gives you a system-organ based approach, which is good to wrap up your understanding of all subjects. FA is also good though it is in a different approach- it is subject wise. Doing both I believe will give us an whole perspective and help us integrate the concepts - which is what STep 1 is about. The concepts are portrayed with effective illustrations in it. I found it useful.
