A 39 year old female is awakened one night by severe, colicky pain which is mainly in her right flank region, but with radiation down to the groin. She notes the passage of reddish urine. A urinalysis reveals pH 7.5, specific gravity 1.017, no glucose, trace protein, no ketones, 4+ blood, nitrite negative, and leukocyte esterase negative. Urine microscopic examination reveals numerous RBC's, 1 to 2 WBC's per hpf, and no casts. An abdominal radiograph reveals no free air, but there is a bright calcified 0.5 cm density seen in the right pelvic region. Which of the following neoplasms is most likely to be associated with these findings:
A) Renal cell carcinoma
B) Wilms tumor
C) Urothelial carcinoma
D) Cystadenocarcinoma
E) Parathyroid adenoma
