Your Pt says that he burned his hand on the stove, but did not feel the pain stimulus. He also says he has prblems using either hand. He has no response to pinprick in the skin of either hand, arm, or shoulder, and bilateral wasting of hand muscles. You suspect:

a. syringomyelia

b. multiple sclerosis

c. poliomyelitis

d. Brown-Sequard syndrome

e. ALS
