Its my time scheduling a test appt for CS,so plz hlp. I got my scheduling permit via email the very next day after applying . And i also happened to schedule a test center in early aug at houston ,but on confirming with a click , the entire info disappeared and was back to first page of selecting one of the five test centers. Has anybody encountered this and i dont understand how do i know i have a center confirmed. no email notification. On logging in again no details of my prior scheduling details , all same as before. how do you guys get to print a confrimation notice again after logging out ??Plz do reply. There is no way i email my problem as there is no such option provided. Only calls to a ISD NO. What do I DO ? Thanks

kochs after confirming cs dates at prometric.com u immediately get a email notification abt ur confirmed date time address etc..... in that email there is something called confirmation number too which is needed for rescheduling or cancelling exam ..... if u didnt get confirmation email notification that means ur dates are not confirmed ... so i wud suggest, u again log in and and take up a date wat ever is available now ....

But "Dermatology" CS appointments are not handled by prometric is what i always thought. I took the so called missed scheduling through ecfmg.org .Are u mistaken or myself about this ?Prometric holds only the CBT based exams , am I right ?

Hello kochs I have an advice for you.. I think what you should do first is go to ecfmg.org and then click on the step 2 cs calendar and scheduling link... first is IWA second is OASIS third is IMED and fourth CS CALENDAR AND SCHEDULING.... after that it will ask ur usmle id and password... when u log in then at the top of the page it will tell you the test center where you are scheduled.... IF it doesnt say anything... click on BROWSE AVAILABLE test dates... and it will take you at the bottom of the page where again you click on BROWSE AVAILABLE TEST DATES... then try scheduling again.... IF that also doesnt work... then you can write ecfmg or call the ecfmg no. which is "If you have any other questions or experience problems using Step 2 CS Calendar and Scheduling, contact us at (215) 966-3574 (9:00AM - 5:00PM Eastern Time in the United States, Monday through Friday). Please write down this phone number for assistance before proceeding." Also please let me know if i can be of anyother help... I may have written lots of things which you already know but i wrote just incase... Take care GOOD LUCK
