Please advise! As my friend had purchased assessment services for me and the last date was near - I took NBME without having touched Psychiatry, OBG, cardio, pulmo, hemat ... these are subjects and topics which I was not able to complete. Took NBME yesterday - got 320 (three digit = 167) which is roughly 67%ile. Purchased the ERAS Token ... application season is so close. I am unable to decide when to take the exam (given my performance) so as to be in time for applications. Distressed as to what to do. Thank you.

I think you should first study the topics you are missing and then take another NBME and if the score you get this time is close to the one you are aiming for than you can take the test few weeks later otherwise if its much lower you should study again your weakest topics and postpone the test. NBME score is usually very close to actual test score according to what I heard.
