Ivonne wrote: Well the PN in FA and UW follows the classic order. And I think it is easy to document the normal system. For example: Lungs: NT, Clear in A and P. Abdomen: S, NT, ND, +BS, no organomegaly. Why not to follow the classic order. the time to write the PN is the same. It is just my opinion
Are these "...S, NT, ND..." standard abbreviations?

I found them in UW, They are not in FA. I think They are understandable in the context, also I am planning to use them only if I run out of time. But if it is incorrect I am still on time to correct it. What do you think?

Well, S may be read as soft and small... They are understandable but not classic, I would say... I think using these non-standards wouldn't save too much time... I decided that I will be typing my PN, and practice to type imaginary cases on abdominal pain, etc... So, it seems I can make it within 9 min, with some mistypes but that shouldn't be a huge problem
