hey can some one tell me what happens in anterior spinal art syndrome........i mean is there involvement of dorsal coloumns or not......i m confused....

The Anterior 2/3 of the Spinal Cords Gets involved. So No Dorsal Columns.

that is called dejerine syndrome, but it is only seen in the anterior part of the medulla oblongata
