I know this speach sounds familiar to you guys, please don't say where it comes from.
Mr.X, your safety is my primary concern, and I am here to offer you help and support whenever you need it. Sometimes living with a family can be stressful for the whole household. Have you ever considered moving to an assisted-living community. If you are interested I can have you meet our social worker who can offer you many resources.
