I am an applicant for USMLE and work as general practitioner, I have a private clinic where I give medical services to people. I have registered to ECFMG website where they wanted me to fill the electronic application for USMLE, during this application I filled an option as (not employed) , based on the fact that I have my private clinic and I am not working to a true employer. Is that a wrong option done? Can I be considered as (employed)? Please tell me. Because when I returned to ECFMG website , the info privacy says that the info of USMLE application is shared with other parties LIKE HOSPITALS. And I am afraid that these information make discrepancy with the CV.

of course you are employed - you are self-employed...
