No corrections!! That would've been nice though!!! Don't worry they don't care much about ortography they care for understanding you and making yourself understand that's all. Good luck I think you will do just fine.... and yes the patient name is in the computer note and in the printed notes, also the case number (1-12) and your name and ecfmg number...bye
