i am not very sure what the question is asking, but from what i can figure it must be the impaired postural reflexes that cause frequent falls and hence injuries in the pt parkinsons and is indeed one of the presenting features of the disease. is that what you were asking?

yes dr-arc that what i was thinking as well. the case was about a Pt w/ Park Sx's and had all the problems above n then asked question
