Ok woman. It isn't time to be scared. It is doable u know it. Most of your advice, lists and all of that really helped me. U have it in you.
Please go over m/a , s/e of drugs, physio graphs. Second messenger.
Anything I can do please let me know.
Your best shot at actually acing the exam is when u do lots of questions. It is ok if u don't get any right. U will be laughing in the exam. Cos it is all there. Get them wrong now, but u will get them right there.
I even got same pictures. It was so funny. I was like oh this dirty looking fella again. He has got to have tuberous sclerosis.

Argatroban is an anticoagulant that is a small molecule direct thrombin inhibitor. In 2000, argatroban was licensed by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for prophylaxis or treatment of thrombosis in patients with heparin-induced thrombocytopenia. In 2002, it was approved for use during percutaneous coronary interventions in patients who have or at risk for developing HIT.
Argatroban is given intravenously. Argatroban is metabolized in the liver and has a half life of about 50 minutes. It is monitored by PTT. Because of its hepatic metabolism, it may be used in patients with renal dysfunction. (This is in contrast to lepirudin, a direct thrombin inhibitor that is primarily renally cleared).

Direct thrombin inhibitor There are two types of DTIs, dependent on their interaction with the thrombin molecule. Bivalent DTIs (hirudin and analogs) bind both to the active site and exosite 1, while univalent DTIs bind only to the active site.[1]
Bivalent Hirudin and derivatives were originally discovered in Hirudo medicinalis:
Hirudin
Bivalirudin (transient inhibition - is cleaved by thrombin)
