By which type of the epithelium are bronchioles, terminal bronchioles and respiratory bronchioles lined(ciliated or not)?

All ciliated except respiratory bronchioles which is a transitional epithelium (cuboidal to alveolar). Bronchial epithelium is ciliated too. So, the second poster's answer is wrong.

Cilia are last to disappear in respiratory tube...they persist upto the end of Respiratory Bronchioles..
