Hi again Cs people Do you think that it is ok if I counsel the patient during the history-taking part. For example, counsel during PAMHUGSFOSS if the patient has nicotine dependence. I think I will achieve two goals: 1.-Remember to counsel nicotine dependence 2.-Make the closure shorter (many things to say here) Appreciate input

yes u are rite Ivonne... u can do it either way watever u are comfy with during history taking or during closure ..... i counselled during history taking itself .... thats why didnt forget counsellling part......

Same here! I was so scared of forgetting it. That I just said the words whenever I thot nescessary.
