4 months is more than enough if you really aced your college classes, and don't worry that you are still a medical student because it's even better for you this way. The info is still fresh in your brain and all what you have to do is rapid review of high yield concepts.
if you have just finished basic sciences i'd suggest waiting till at least you finish internal medicine, and if you have already finished internal medicine go ahead and everything will be just fine ! GL

you are all set ! go and crush step 1 !

I think knowing IM before Step 1 is important because all the pathology and patho-physiology questions are directly derived from IM and knowing IM well will make these questions very easy and doable !

Good Luck !

can i ask u few things:

have u ever learned behavioral science in medschool??=>(this subject frighten me becuz i never been taught such thing in medschool!)

so what did u read 4 it ?? what other review books/ sources have been using 4 all subjects??

is it possible 2 study for boards & concentarting on the courses u r currently taking at medschool??

isnt that going 2 b at the expense of ur study 4 clinical subjects??

i think 4 mo r enough but how many hrs/day r u studying??

hedieh and sweetsoul : Thanks alot guys 4 ur great support grin ur making me feel much better

Yoga:
i'm using kaplan 4 behavioural science
we've done much more than that in med school but the problem is we covered differnt topics
other than statistics and epidemiology which are the same anywhere u go in the world (i think) we never covered ethics child abuse 4 example however phycho was quite the same

what i'm using know is kaplan 4 all except patho and physio (BRS)
i'm dedicating all my day 4 studing !
and answering ur question whether it will interfere with my clinical subject .. i think one month or 1 and 1 and 1/2 won't affect much (what can i do !)

again.. thanks alot every1 4 the supposrt
i wish my next topic will be ( how to get above 90 in 4 months wink )
