20 years old lady with diarrhea after 5 days of ampicillin. What is the treatment for her? A. Give vancomycin. B. D/C amoxicillin and watch her recovery. C. Make sure she is well hydrated and do nothing. D. Give Flagyl (metronizadole) and make sure she is well hydrated

I agree with you. This is a question I found in another forum. But people in that forum alway said vanco or metronidozole. Anyone is more confident with this question :?:

I guess ist we have to stop giving her ampicillin..if diarrhea doesn't stop then use metronidazole...I think :?
