but hw acitaminophen??? i does worsen peptic ulcer disease as well as no help fr cornary disease.....???

Acetaminophen is the drug of choice because it works mostly in the cns while in the periphery it's mostly inactivated. They are not asking for a drug to treat the patient's heart problem rather they are asking for a medication to relieve the patient's pain. so, the other choices should not be considered except for the contraindications due to the patient's family history.
