US students pays 400 for the test, we pay 700 shaking head

With all that moey they make they could hire some extra people to help them witht the grades.

But why so much extra mad

Also AMG kap fees much much cheaper than IMG used to be, even post at kap web site . But not know still like that or not , think it is. Need AMG to be , student id to get the incredible low kao fees. sad

US students pay only NBME, they have no need for the ECFMG; IMGs pay one fee that includes fees to BOTH ECFMG and NBME.

guys, think of it this way...by the end of AMG's med school majority of them are in loan debt up to their eyebrows...I'd rather pay this $75 and be happy, don't you agree?

Not to mention the fact that we should get a way higher scores to pass this darn test. Life isn't fair..

we pay more... we should score more.. now tell me fair enough??

Any decent country should have some prevalence for its citizens ... otherwize the citizens would be like mad

: you guys ddnt pay taxes all your life then you ddnt pay 28000$ annually in med. school.

One more thing, at my university in country X .... my tuition is thousands of dollors more than the X students ... more than that they have certain tuitions for Americans, certain tuitions for students coming from the Arab gulf and so on !!! now this is what i call segregation! cuz here we are paying for our education. We arnt asking them for a job, better life style and great salaries.

So take it easy GOGETA

Extra resources to verify schooling overseas? Also, USIMGs still have to pay the additional amounts, not just IMG's.

the additional fee goes primarily to Prometric for providing and mainating the test locations world wide, and this thing is more clear if you look at the late rescheduling fee which is payable to Prometric not the ECFMG !
