In kaplan lecture note, it actually says that the management of air embolism is trendelenburg position with left side down and cardiac massage.
I am jus wonder how would that work?
Anyone please help....

yup. sort of resuscitave measures cos air embolism is highly fatal. trendelenberg position to attempt to move air away from the heart.
