Hi Folks, I have some problem with LOR. My Current employer/ conusltant is not given proper LOR . I Do have very strong LOR form my previous post. I also can get proper LOR from other Docs (Current Hospital) with whom I not directly working, but When I am on duty, I will be working under these consultants. Is it OK to get from this person? OR Is it mandatory the LOR should be from the current employer? Any suggestion is valued.Thanks.

its not mandatory that lor should be from current employer ,,use yur best lors ..the content of hte lor is very important. If not from a US consultant or a hot shot name , a stellar lor may not get you the postion but a bad or not so good lor can certainly deprive you of that postion ...so get it from this person ..not mandatory from current employer
