hirshberg's disease... manometry showing increased anal tone

I think you did mean hirschsprung disease .

:arrow: anorectal manometry...shows increased internal anal sphincter pressure on rectal distension with a balloon.
:arrow: rectal biopsy......no ganglionic cells
*barium enema..shows transition zone .
