What is your management in a 16 yo 46 xy girl with Tanner stage 3 breasts?
A. Gonadectomy
B. f/u and reassurance
Does anybody know about current guidelines?
1. Kaplan notes say wait until 20 b/c gonads are the source of testosterone which is needed for development, then replace estrogen
2. uw says take them off give estrogen when discovered

hello my-time, my test is at the end of this month but i may need another week b/c i didn't finish my first reading yet.  but i'm doing the qs with first reading, so there is a possibility that I might catch up. About life evrything else is fine. How about you?
