1. OCP - combined prevents from ovulation protects against ovarian Ca if opposed with progestin no effect on endometrial CA in a healthy f, an anovulatory woman protective effect, if fmhx pmhx of endometrial ca contrandicatd if healthy no effect on breast cancer, but hormonally dependent breast cancer in family or pmhx contraindicated.
2. HRT- est+progesterone no benefit for either three if pmhx or fmhx of endometrial or breast ca that is hormonally dependent don't use
I thought about it a lot. But plz know that it is from a text book, just my comment.
