Finally , I am back , I' ve been busy with the " visa thing " but thanks God , I am done now and I got my visa , I plan on traveling in the US in 2 weeks but I still cannot find a date for the CS , all places are very crowded , I still got suscribed in the email notification thing , I hope to get a date in late september .

Today , I will try to find a patner to practice but it 's not easy though since in mexico , they speak spanish , anyways , I still have to do what I ' ve gotta do

I am glad that you are back, just wanted to drop a few lines because I am very bussy now with CK.
The chief complaint in the exam are the same than the cases in UW or FA, but please be ready for variants, for example back pain, be ready for a case of cervical or thoraxic pain thus keep in mind that you need to check different dermatomal distribution.
Practice a lot counseling regarding substance abuse because it is a very common problem in US.

Finally , I got to NYC yesterday ( september 13 ) . so now , there is no excuse to practice since every body around me speaks english now . I am also planning to do some obeserveship in a friend s clinic just to improve my communication skills and et used to the US system
Let s see whappen happen !

today , I started my observership in URBAN HEALTH CLINIC IN BRONX . That s a very good place and the doctors are very nice to me . I learned a lot today , I will go 2 to 3 times a week.
I also practiced one case with my niece , she is american native so she is helping me big time with the communication skills

Went to SUNY DOWNSTATE IN BROOKLYN
BOUGHT FA CS and CHOOSING A MEDICAL SPECIALTY ( cool book for people like me who are undecided about what they really want )
Practiced a case with my niece
Will start studying for Step 3 tomorow at the same time as CS

Went to Adelphi Library with my friends ( Destra and Immacula ) and help them studying for Step 1 (What a nightmare  !!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Tomorown I am going Downstate to meet with a friend for the CS
