Dear all forum memebers,
I am new to this forum. Just trying to start my life as US doctor. I am preparing for USMLE. I heard some words about externship or Observership . Can anyone ,please tell me what they are and when I have to do that??? Does there any possibility to get those staffs before USMLE??? But, before that, please explain me in detail what are those and why are they needed????
